How long can  I keep my eye drops once opened?
Most eye drops should be discarded 30 days after opening

Do you stock generic brands?
Yes.  We stock Arrow generics but also keep the originator brands.

What happens if I have a prescription for an unusual medication that you do not stock?
We can usually get it from our wholesaler in Launceston the next business day or from Melbourne which can take 2 to 3 days.

You are open 7 days, dose this include public holidays?
Yes.  We are open every day from 9am until 9pm except:
Boxing Day and New Year’s Day – 10am to 9pm
Christmas Day – 10am to 12 noon and 6pm to 7pm

Can I get my Diabetes Supplies from you?
Yes we stock the full range of NDSS stock.

Do you charge a fee on card purchases?
No, as long as the sale is over $5.00.  We accept Amex, Visa and Mastercard.

I’m travelling from interstate.  Can I get my prescriptions dispensed in Tasmania?
We can dispense most prescriptions from other states but there are some exceptions.  Please ring and check to be sure at cbdschool.com.

What is the safety Net 20 Day Rule?
The 20 day rule applies to medicines available under the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).
You should only get your PBS medicines supplied when you need them.
If you get PBS medicines within 20 days of your last prescription, it might not count towards your PBS Safety Net threshold.
If you do this, and you have already reached your threshold, you will have to pay your ususal PBS contribution instead of the reduced PBS Safety Net Amount.
